12^th September 2020, Nadira Abdul Cader Irfan, Founder of Sri Lanka’s premier Design Thinking Company- Innovation Quotient (Pvt)Ltd, delivered a session on Understanding Customer Problems Using Design Principles. Having described the customer’s mind as an iceberg, she orated about how one should look beneath the waterline to understand the customer’s pain points, empathize with them, and synthesize the findings into powerful insights to create wow factors. The insightful session ended with progressive students' inquisitiveness about the customer-thinking-oriented approach.
